After we test and trace the problem, we show you what we found and tell you what it means. Often that includes a photo of the scorched connector or loose wire. Then you decide what happens next.
Repair when repair will hold
If a part can be fixed safely, we fix it. We only recommend a new panel or new wiring when the old one truly can't do the job, and we'll tell you why.
Your price, agreed up front
You get a written estimate that lists the work line by line before we begin. If we uncover something unexpected inside a wall or box, we stop and talk it through with you before going further.

We wear shoe covers and lay drop cloths where we work. Circuits get labeled, debris leaves with us, and we walk you through the finished job before we pack up.
